1. Booking & Payment
To confirm your reservation, you must submit a completed booking form and pay a deposit or the full tour cost, as required at the time of booking. Your booking is not confirmed until we issue a written confirmation.
Final payment must be received no later than the due date stated in your booking confirmation. If full payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and retain the deposit.
We accept various payment methods including major credit/debit cards. All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellations & Refunds
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation will be effective on the date we receive your notice. The following cancellation fees apply:
In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour (due to insufficient group size, force majeure, or unforeseen circumstances), we will offer you the option to receive a full refund or transfer your booking to another tour of equal value.
- 31+ days before departure: Full refund minus a $50 processing fee
- 15–30 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost is refunded
- 0–14 days before departure: No refund available
- No-show or missed departure: No refund

3. Changes by You
If you need to make changes to your booking after confirmation (such as changing the traveler’s name, date, or room type), we will do our best to accommodate you, but fees may apply depending on the nature and timing of the request.

We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itinerary, hotels, or transportation where necessary due to operational reasons. If we make a significant change (such as a change of destination or tour start date), you will be informed as soon as possible and given the option to accept the change, choose an alternative tour, or receive a full refund.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport, visas (if required), and any medical certifications necessary for entry or travel.
Failure to have correct documents may result in being denied boarding or entry without refund.

6. Health & Fitness
Our tours may involve walking, stairs, and other physical activities. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are physically able to participate in the planned activities. If you have any medical conditions, allergies, or mobility issues, please inform us when booking.
We reserve the right to remove a traveler from the group if their behavior or health condition is deemed unsafe to themselves or others.

7. Liability & Responsibility
While we strive to deliver a safe and enjoyable experience, participation in our tours is at your own risk. We are not liable for loss, injury, illness, damage, delay, or expenses resulting from acts beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or the actions of third-party providers.

8. Use of Photos & Testimonials
By participating in the tour, you consent to the use of photos or video taken during the trip for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in our media, please inform your tour leader or our team in writing.
